Railtrack Property is employing cable TV in its latest drive to market arches to a wider audience.

Once seen as the best type of property for Del Boys and Arthur Daleys, arch tenants now include more diverse occupants. The one minute commercials featuring four tenants, including an ice maker, an outside catering company, a printer finisher and a bookshop are designed to appeal to other types of business looking for cost effective property and flexible accommodation in central locations.

The advertisements will appear on Discovery and Eurosport in the next few weeks and a special call centre has been set up to handle enquiries.

Announcing the move, Bob Hill, Director of Property said: "Railway arches provide secure, adaptable space at an affordable price. Many tenants are surprised by the high grade facilities that we can offer and this latest advertising campaign is designed to appeal to a whole new audience."

Railtrack has over 5000 lettable arch units throughout the country and is now one of the biggest suppliers of small business premises. For details of available properties call: 0800 830840.
