Sir Alastair Morton, Chairman of the Shadow Strategic Rail Authority, is set to
deliver the annual London Transport lecture in London tonight.

He is using the occasion to review the SSRA's agenda for the UK rail
network's growth, looking beyond immediate safety issues.

He first did this in June. Tonight's lecture could be considered a periodic
update, expressing a number of current concerns and updates.
