Current information concerning train delays and forthcoming emergency timetable.
date 22 October 2000 source Anglia Railways type Press release
Anglia Railways is working with Railtrack to produce an emergency timetable that will be implemented from the middle of next week and will remain in place until the end of the year. It is hoped, however, that as Railtrack complete their work in stages, improvements will be made to the emergency timetable. Until the emergency timetable is implemented trains between Norwich and London will be subject to delays of up to 30 minutes.
From Monday 23 October London Crosslink services between East Anglia and Basingstoke will run, but with a reduced level of service – trains on this route will mostly operate between Stratford and Basingstoke.
Further information will follow as soon as possible.
