The Association of Train Operating Companies today welcomed Railtrack's announcement to restructure itself into three distinct areas.
ATOC Director General, George Muir, said: "Three divisions will help clarify Railtrack's activities. The creation of core network operations will sharpen customer focus. It is the structure we have wanted for some time - since the appointment of Jonson Cox."
