Railtrack today announced that Jennie Page and Christopher Jonas, non-executive directors since 1994, would be retiring from the Railtrack board from 31 July 2001.
Speaking at the Company’s Annual General Meeting Railtrack Chairman John Robinson asked shareholders to join him in thanking them for their service to the board and commitment to the company.
Both joined the board in 1994 when Railtrack’s business was first split off from British Rail.
