PRESS RELEASE FROM RAILTRACK ADMINISTRATORS
The Secretary of State has applied to the High Court today seeking a court hearing for the discharge of the administration order. It is expected that the High Court will be in a position to hear the application at 10.00 am on Tuesday, October 1 2002 at the Royal Courts of Justice. Any material change to these arrangements will be notified on the Railtrack website at www.railtrack.co.uk as soon as possible. The Administrators do not intend to object to the Secretary of State’s application.
