Tube service update

  date 21 July 2005
  source Transport for London
  type Press release

Following incidents at Warren Street, Oval and Shepherd's Bush (Hammersmith & City) stations on the afternoon of 21 July, and because of the continuing disruption caused by the events of 7 July, Tube services will be disrupted on Friday 22 July.

We hope to run normal services on the Bakerloo, Central, East London, Jubilee and Waterloo & City lines.

We also hope to run normal services on the District line, except between High Street Kensington and Edgware Road where there will be no service, and normal services on the Metropolitan line, except between Moorgate and Aldgate where there will be no service.

Services will run on the Northern and Victoria lines but there may be some disruption.

Services on the Piccadilly line will be suspended between Arnos Grove and Hyde Park Corner, and there may also be disruption to the rest of the line.

There will be no service on the Circle or Hammersmith & City lines.

Please check the latest situation before you travel - click here for full current details, including details of replacement bus services operating.

For alternative route options you can use Journey Planner.

Realtime information is available for Tube and buses
