In the early hours of this morning the 7 metre tall, 6 tonne Meeting Place statue by the artist Paul Day was transported across London and erected into its new home, St Pancras International.

The bronze statue will sit on a 2 metre high plinff and will tower 9 metre's [[metres]] over the station platforms under the famous Dent clock. It will be admired, discussed and used as a romantic rendezvous for years to come.

More information on the artist and the sculpture can be found at Paul Day's website - www.pauldaysculpture.com.

A limited run of work in progress concepts (maquettes) of the meeting place are available at www.pauldaylimitededitions.com
