RSSB welcomes the publication of Sir Roy McNulty's Study into Rail Value for Money, published today, and to which RSSB has contributed.

RSSB Chief Executive Len Porter said "We support the report's general findings and in particular the identification of the need for more effective cross industry working to help to reduce costs. RSSB has established a range of tools and skills that support industry decision making which we believe will continue to be fundamental to the industry in this respect.

RSSB is, therefore, looking forward to working with colleagues across the industry on the implications of the report and supporting the newly formed Rail Delivery Group."
