HS1 Ltd is delighted to announce that St Pancras International has been awarded ‘Station of the Year’ at the National Transport Awards. The achievement is a fantastic recognition of all the work that goes into making sure that the station offers the best possible experience for our customers, and suitably accompanies eight consecutive years of being voted the ‘nation’s favourite station’ by the Transport Focus National Passenger Survey.
Wendy Spinks, Commercial Director of HS1 Ltd said: “This is a magnificent achievement and a testament to all the effort that staff at St Pancras put into their work each day. I would like to thank our partners at Network Rail High Speed, the train companies that operate out of the station and all the station’s retailers, without whom we could not have achieved this success.”
The National Transport Awards celebrates the achievements of those in the industry who are improving the experience for transport users and adding to the successful development of the UK’s transport infrastructure. The awards took place on 8th of October 2015.
