test suite
includes:
o Ability tests assessing core cognitive and job-related skills, such as the Core Skills Diagrammatic Reasoning Test (CoreD)
o Personality questionnaires exploring behavioural preferences, including the Safe Personality Questionnaire (SAFEPQ) for safety-critical roles
o Situational Judgement Tests (SJTs): Realistic scenarios assessing decision-making, motivation, and risk management, such as the Magnificent 7 SJT.
o Specialist technical tools for role-specific requirements, such as the Train Dispatch Multi-Tasking Test (TDMT)
o Additional exercises including group discussions, role plays and simulations to assess broader workplace behaviours

This includes the BPS-accredited Test User: Occupational, Ability (TUO-A) course, combining pre-learning, practical training and ongoing expert support, as well as one-day workshops on personality questionnaires such as the SAFEPQ.
