A message from our CEO
At The Transport Credit Union, our mission has always been to support and provide hardworking transport workers with ethical financial services. Since 1981, we have proudly served members across the UK transport industry, many of whom have contributed to the Credit Union’s success.
It’s been a busy time; over the last 12 months, we’ve continued to improve our services and expand our products to meet the evolving needs of our members - whether it’s helping achieve a new milestone or simply provide financial peace of mind.
We are dedicated to continuing our digital journey and plan to expand our digital capabilities over the next few months.
Many members now use our app, which allows for 24/7 access to members’ accounts online, to manage their account, request withdrawals, and very soon will be able to use to apply for loans.
At Transport CU, we also believe in creating an environment that reflects our dedication and commitment to the highest level of member service. After starting our external renovations in 2019, of our 200(plus) year old Glasgow heritage building, I’m now pleased to share the internal refurbishment of our head office has finished, bringing a bright and fresh look to the office. We thank our members for their patience and are so looking forward to welcoming them back to our premises, which now reflects a modern, innovative and successful Credit Union.
